About Our Cuisine

G.58’s contemporary approach to traditional Chinese cuisine offers an unforgettable fine dining experience. Our Chefs are authentic, from different regions of China, who traveled to North Carolina to be able to share their culture and art. Their styles of cooking and tastes of China are modernized into Michelin-style plating, integrating traditional Sichuan and Cantonese flavors in seafood such as flounder, grouper, and scallops. A western influence can be seen in dishes such as Chilean Sea Bass with brandy sauce and Kung Pao Seabass. All these sauces and glazes are made with authentic Asian flavors and are not like the take-out Chinese many have come to accept. G.58 is the standard for Chinese food in North Carolina, your experience and palate will be expanded; here, you will have the opportunity to have a quality, authentic dining experience, whether with friends, coworkers, or loved ones.

G.58 signature Peking Duck features expertly prepared succulent meat and crispy skin. Our duck is prepared by a chef with over 15 years of experience making this very special dish. The duck is accompanied by two homemade sauces, freshly sliced vegetables, and thinly handmade pancakes to enjoy as a wrap. The food is matched by G.58’s extensive wine list featuring bottles from throughout the world, craft cocktails, and imported and local beers designed to pair with your meal. Lunch and dinner are served every day except Monday, and the menu changes seasonally.

About Our Team

G.58 was carefully built from scratch from the inside out, with personally commissioned artworks, walls, chairs, decors, and more. The team worked with extreme detail to provide guests with a beautiful ambiance for dining. From the plating of our food to the way your table is set up, we continually set our servers and support staff to a standard, so that customers may enjoy their time with us. We have servers who love to help, and chefs who love their craft, and are intent on showing our clientele just that. The experience is enhanced by impeccable service from our staff. Our team is always looking to improve our service for our guests, and our dishes and presentations for them to enjoy. Diners can enjoy their meal in either of two distinct indoor spaces, the outdoor patio or stylish bar. G.58 also features two VIP dining rooms for private parties and special functions and regularly hosts events featuring multi-course dinners paired with wine.
