G.58's Peking Duck is roasted fresh for one hour before every reservation and features crispy golden skin with tender meat. This recipe is prepared by a chef with over 15 years of experience roasting ducks in Beijing; it is accompanied by two sauces, freshly sliced vegetables, and thin handmade pancakes to enjoy as a wrap.
